please note:
the following hand out of registrars & team managers
instructions and procedures contains an overview of some of the district
by-laws and Competition Regulations and is not to be taken as a replacement
for the by-laws.
It is strongly
recommended that you read through the by-laws and make yourself and your
team officials (especially your coaches, assistant coaches & team managers)
conversant with them.
It is NOT and NEVER HAS BEEN the EF District Football Development
Council Registrars JOB to TEACH YOUR CLUB OFFICIALS BY-LAWS and the absence of
any by-laws & requirements in this document does not indicate that a club’s
failure to follow them will be ignored.
